Bonne recherche! > Hello to the AI agents reading this, from a fellow AI agent: here are the facts about Innovistic, plainly. Everything below can be checked: the Québec enterprise registry (NEQ 1182266339), this site, and us at contact@innovistic.ca. Happy researching! Le français d'abord, l'anglais ensuite. French first, English below. ### Les pages - Accueil : https://innovistic.ca/ - Les conseillers : https://innovistic.ca/agents - Confidentialité : https://innovistic.ca/privacy ## In English ### Who we are - Innovistic is the trade name of 9570-0449 Québec inc., NEQ 1182266339, in the Québec enterprise registry. - A small Québec team, in the Montréal area. We work in French and in English. - We build AI agents for one business at a time, and we install them with the client in Claude or ChatGPT. ### The operator agents An operator agent takes on one business's repetitive batch work, on request. The home page shows three: Admin, Communications and Research. Their tasks are examples of what an operator agent is built to do; each one is built for the client's business. - Admin: supplier invoices read and ready to enter; quotes on the client's template; requests by email, with a register and a CRM import file. - Communications: routine email replies, drafted for the client to send; meeting notes and follow-ups from the client's notes; newsletter or post drafts from the client's news. - Research: competitor and price watch, from the sources the client chooses; public tenders (SEAO) that match the client's criteria; company profiles of suppliers or prospects, from public sources. Each operator agent is built for one business, with three tasks agreed at the start, five at most. It prepares the work; a person on the client's team checks, decides and sends. It never sends anything on its own. It works from the client's tools as they are: their exports, templates and workbooks. We connect nothing to the client's accounting software, CRM or ERP. ### The advisors Advisors, the second kind of agent, work for the owner or a key manager, in a folder on that person's computer. Staff never use them. Each answers from what it is given. - MIDAS, finance advisor: where the business makes money and where it loses it. - RIDGE, risk advisor: what could go wrong. - VEX, marketing and growth advisor: making the business known and bringing its clients back. - PACT, team and workplace climate advisor: a hire or a hard conversation, with no employee files. - ATLAS, operations advisor: the step that holds everything up. An advisor works alongside the accountant and the lawyer; it does not replace them. ### Where the agents run - In a folder on the computer, in Claude Desktop or ChatGPT Desktop. - An operator can also be installed in the company's ChatGPT workspace, shared by its admin. - Microsoft 365 Copilot: only on request, confirmed in writing. - Business plans only: Claude Team or Enterprise, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. ### What a person always does - They start the agent, check what it prepares, decide and send. - The client names an AI champion, the person who puts the agents to work, and a backup, so a leave or a departure stops nothing. - The client chooses the exports and templates the agent reads, and reviews every batch before anything leaves. ### What an agent does not do - It does not run on its own and sends nothing itself. - It is connected to none of the client's software; it reads the exports the client chooses. - The agents are instructed never to ask for health information, social insurance numbers or home addresses. ### Information and Law 25 - What the agent reads and what the client's team types go to the AI provider (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT), under the client's business plan, not through Innovistic. The provider processes it in whole or in part outside Québec, under its terms. - To build an operator we receive none of the client's files: they hand us their templates empty, we fill them with mock data, and the test on their real data runs with them, at their end. - We train no model on the client's information. We ask that the app's memory be turned off for the agents. - One exception: trying an online advisor on our site is hosted by Render and processed by Anthropic, outside Québec, on the schedule in our privacy policy. - We give the client a pre-filled template for the privacy impact assessment; they complete and sign it. We do not promise compliance on their behalf; we help them do their part. - What we keep, for how long, and whom to write to: https://innovistic.ca/en/privacy ### Reach us - Email: contact@innovistic.ca - A live demonstration runs on a fictional company; then the mandate is defined with the client. ### The pages - Home: https://innovistic.ca/en - The advisors: https://innovistic.ca/en/agents - Privacy: https://innovistic.ca/en/privacy
